TRANSFORMATION can be very uncomfortable!
Growing spiritually causes us to evaluate our lives and change the way we do things which elevate our vibrations to a higher level. It is an internal feeling of PRESSURE which causes a lot to shift.
It’s as if we are forcing through our chrysalis, transforming into the butterflies we are meant to be. And breaking through these barriers can be scary as we move into unknown territory. It can be exciting and exhilarating as well, but all great changes are preceded by chaos. Growing pains are just that… painful!
As many of us commit to growth and change in our own lives, we are outgrowing our old programming and our dysfunctional behaviors. We are literally raising our vibrations to force ourselves out of our old limiting selves.
In my practice, I see so many people who are devoted to changing their lives. They also want their friends, family members, spouses and children to change too.
I always tell them, if you heal, those around you will heal too. This happens just by being in your presence. They will feel the effect of your being centered. The beauty of this is you don’t even need to say a word.
How does this happen? When you come from a place of being grounded, calm and clear, those around you will respond to that. When you are responsive and not reactive to others, they tend to act in similar ways. It might not happen immediately and that is okay too. Everyone is growing and evolving at different rates. It is normal for your loved ones to be in the caterpillar stage while you are getting used to your butterfly wings! Ultimately, they will want to fly too. We are all programmed to do so- it is in our DNA!
In today’s Energy Healing Toolkit, I help you find your ‘Power Vortex.’ In private sessions, we delve deeper into your energy, goals and needs.
Thanks for taking this journey with me.

Finding Your Power Vortex
We each have an internal and external power vortex. A power vortex is the place in which you feel most connected to your spiritual self. Knowing this information, you can connect at any time when you are feeling external pressure and need to energize and stabilize yourself.
1) Search yourself internally. Where do you most feel energy flowing through you? Do you feel the most connected in the soles of your feet because they ground you? Do you lead with your heart in every matter? Do you connect through your third eye as your intuition is what guides you? Tune into your internal energy and make note of your internal power vortex. There is no right or wrong answer as we all are different.
2) Now think of an area outside of yourself. Where do you feel the most connected to your spiritual self? Is it at the beach? Mountains? A trail you hike? In the yoga studio? Watching the sunrise or sunset? Again, it is different for everyone. Make note of this.
When you have this awareness, you can make a conscious effort to go inward and/or outward when you are in need of balance. When you tune into those places of strength and power, you can connect to your spirituality easily and let it be your guiding force.
