How To Tap Into Your Higher Self

 

Your higher self is that part of you that is eternal and all knowing.

It is conscious and expansive.

It is the part of you that is leading you on your soul’s journey.

And, it’s possible to tune into what it is saying.

Your higher self is always communicating with you.

It’s the wise and loving part of you who knows the way to go on your soul’s path.

It is also know as your I AM presence.

In this week’s Energy Healing Toolkit, I share with a simple journaling to get you started in aligning with this energy, whether for the first time, or to deepen this connection.

Higher Self Inquiry

1. Set intentions: With hands open or in prayer mudra say, “I set the intention to connect with my higher self for my highest good and highest healing:”2. Connect with your heart: Put your hands on your heart and take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Keep breathing until you can focus on your heart space quietly and tune in. It might take three deep breaths, or five, or even ten. Sink into the space where your soul lives and rest in this space a bit.

3. Inquire Within:
Talk to your soul/higher self (in your mind or out loud). These impressions might come as thoughts, words, feelings, sensations, pictures, symbols, sounds or in any other way you receive information.

a) ‘Please show me what a yes feels like in my body.’ Repeat the words, ‘Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.”
Write down in your journal “I feel the energy of yes in my…….”

b) ‘Please show me what a no feels like in my body.’ Repeat the words, ‘No. No. No. No’
Write down in your journal “I feel the energy of no in my…….”

c) ‘What wisdom do you have to share with me that can help me right now?’
Write down in your journal “My higher wisdom is telling me…….”

d) ‘Is there anything else I should know?’
Write down in your journal “My soul wants me to know……”

4. Give gratitude:  Thank your higher self for always supporting and guiding you.

Repeat this practice daily for at least three days or more if you feel guided.
